Senior Sales Assistant – Onboard Store Mona Vale
Full-time | Weekend work required | Surf retail experience essential

Onboard Store (Mona Vale) is looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to help run our Onboard Store. You'll be second-in-charge on the floor - driving sales, managing stock, leading the team when the manager's not around.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing stock levels, merchandising and store presentation
• Delivering strong customer service in store and driving sales targets
• Helping with rostering and day-to-day store operations
• Assisting with E-Com occasionally

What we're after:

• Solid surf retail experience - non-negotiable
• Genuine knowledge of surfboards, wetsuits and surf hardware
• Available weekends (this is a must)
